Beswicks Sports Specialists Witness Skipping World Record
Clive Clarke, of the Beswicks Sports Law Team, and Stoke City FC player and client, Andy Wilkinson, acted as official witnesses to the Skipping World Record attempt at Waterside Primary School on Tuesday 12 June.
Pupils of the school in Eastwood Road, Hanley were required to skip constantly for three minutes and Andy and Clive acted as independent witnesses on behalf of the Guinness Book of Records.
Around 37,000 pupils from 264 schools across Staffordshire took part, in an attempt to break the existing record which currently stood at 7, 632 and was set in March 2006.
