We are seeking a 2-4 year qualified Commercial/Corporate Solicitor.

Strong academics, good technical knowledge and personal skills are a pre-requisite.

The successful applicant:

·        will have experience in drafting and negotiating commercial and corporate deals and documents

·        be able to work on their own initiative and have a commercial approach

·        have strong IT skills

·        have a great work ethic and a practical “can do” attitude

The emphasis in the role will be in commercial contract work, shareholder agreements, articles and offering support in corporate deals.

The applicant will be will be expected to promote the business participating in team and firm events.
