When the DTI Knocks...Directors Duties and Disqualification

Beswicks Solicitors hosted a seminar for accountants and bankers on 27 September 2006 on the subject of Directors Duties and Disqualification. 

Looming insolvency and directors disqualification proceedings are daunting enough.  However, hidden traps abound not only for businessmen and women but also those who advise them.

This seminar was specifically aimed at banks and accountants and the speakers were Simon Woodings, Managing Partner, Beswicks Solicitors and Professor Mark Watson-Gandy of 13 Old Square Chambers.
