OASIS Group acquire archiving information and storage services business.
Beswicks acted for Offsite Archive Storage and Integrated Systems (UK) Limited in the acquisition of the archiving, information management and storage services business of Southern File and Data Management for an undisclosed amount.
The buyer is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Irish based, Offsite Archive Storage and Integrated Systems Limited (OASIS). OASIS trades in Ireland as Oman Archive Storage, a provider of off-site media and document management services which specialises in media storage and document archiving and is the only purpose built document and media storage company in Ireland. It is designed to international standards as a safe, effective and efficient environment into which customers can place their vital records with absolute confidence.
The acquisition is the first acquisition in the UK for the OASIS group.
