Most Law Abiding Property Deal

The commercial property team at Beswicks Solicitors recently helped their client Staffordshire Police Authority to secure new headquarters.

Through an introduction to local property developer Gladman Developments, Staffordshire Police Authority have acquired 50,000 square feet of new office accommodation at Lanchester Court on Staffordshire Technology Park in Stafford.

The transaction was time sensitive and exchange of contracts was effected just five working days after contract papers were received.

Hayley Kennedy, commercial property partner with Beswicks Solicitors, advised Staffordshire Police Authority.  Gladman Developments were advised by their in-house legal department.
