A Seamless Buy-Out for Samurai Sportswear

International sports apparel supplier, Samurai Sportswear has been bought out by Brand Director, Terry Sands who also manages the England Rugby Sevens Team.

The funders, NatWest and Royal Bank of Scotland Invoice Financing, were advised by the Beswicks corporate team with regard to banking and finance security.  The Beswicks team comprised partners Simon Woodings and Anne Scheland.

Samurai Sports is one of the leading players in the UK sports market and they have a growing international market, with over 30 staff in their headquarters south of Norwich.

The company boasts a number of unique selling points that has enabled it to achieve 20% annual growth. Firstly, it manufactures and supplies a wide range of bespoke team wear for a wide range of sports. Their client list includes the likes of Glamorganshire Cricket Club, Cambridge University and the Welsh Rugby league.

Alongside this, they maintain a huge stock holding of playing and off-field wear.  Recently, Samurai have moved into the high street and have a huge range of retail products available in all the major U.K independent rugby specialists.
