- Advised the founding members of the world's first higher education institution dedicated to the study of soccer on structure, commercial agreements and intellectual property
- Advised on and drafted cross-border data protection provisions for a UK-based soccer exhibition provider's supply agreements
- Advised a UK company entering into a distribution agreement with an American manufacturer of integrated gas systems based in Colorado, US
