Kate joined Beswicks in 2006 and specialises in criminal court advocacy, representing clients on a daily basis in the Magistrates' Courts and, in certain circumstances, the Crown Courts. Kate also represents clients at the police station and has dealt with numerous prison law adjudications up and down the country.
Kate is an accredited representative and a Duty Solicitor and has dealt with a number of offences ranging from minor public order act offences through to rape and murder.
Kate studied Law and Criminology at Middlesex University in London, following this she worked for a legal firm in Wembley before returning to her native Stoke-on-Trent to complete the Legal Practice Course at Staffordshire University.
