Graham has experience in a wide range of commercial disputes and is a recognised specialist in property dispute resolution.  Cases include breach of contract, negligence, disputes concerning partnerships and shareholders, corporate warranty claims, mechanical and engineering defects, construction, property, landlord and tenant, professional negligence and environmental.

On contentious employment issues, Graham specialises in the enforcement of employment contracts.  This encompasses abuse or trade secrets or property, breach of restrictive covenants and obtaining search and seizure orders.

Acting for clients ranging from family businesses to plcs, Graham has handled cases in the High Court (Queens Bench, Chancery, Lands Tribunal, Technology and Construction, and Commercial) and County Court as well as arbitrations, adjudications and mediations.

  • Obtaining an emergency freezing order to prevent the diversion of a £12m deposit on a supply contract to the Middle East
  • Defending a search and seizure order served on a company setting up a factory in China against allegations of misuse of confidential formulas and information
  • Advising a funder and pursing a professional negligence claim for £1.5m against a valuer and architect concerning a substantial property development
  • Advising a company alleged to have polluted a sewage treatment plant and the River Trent with cyanide
  • Substantial  partnership claim against a national accountancy practice in the High Court and by mediation
  • Acting for the supplier of a North Sea Oil Rig manifold in arbitration proceedings value £1.5m.
