Matthew is a member of Beswicks’ dispute resolution team and has several years’ experience in a wide range of commercial dispute resolution, having qualified as a solicitor in 2002.  He trained with a multi-national law firm, working with them for 7 years before returning to his Staffordshire roots in 2006.

Matthew handles cases in the County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal on matters ranging from boundary disputes to injunctive relief in multi-million pound property portfolio transactions.  He has particular experience in banking litigation, acting for lenders such as banks and building societies in the enforcement of their security and in insurance litigation, recovering losses in all areas of insured risk.
