Hayley has been a partner at Beswicks since 2007, having previously worked in-house for a national property developer and prior to that in private practice in Manchester. She has over 10 years experience in commercial property, and in particular in the commercial property development and construction sector.
She has a wide range of construction experience with both large complex projects up to £180m in value, and multi-site smaller projects including civil engineering, land remediation and improvements, as well as infrastructure work, service diversions and adaptations. Building construction, modular and off-site construction, specialist M&E and industrial installations are also areas where Hayley has experience.
She advises a broad range of public and private sector clients including employers, developers, major lending banks, contractors, specialist sub-contractors and professionals.

Personal
Outside of work Hayley's primary focus is her family, however she also enjoys armchair rugby union (Welsh supporter), exploring France, and has recently discovered ballroom and latin dancing.
