As Head of the Commercial Property Team, Tim advises on the acquisition disposal and development of commercial property. Tim has many years experience in this field and has handled property transactions nationwide. In addition, Tim provides property advice in relation to mergers, acquisitions, sales and restructuring of businesses.
As a member of the Beswicks Sports Team, Tim advises professional athletes, clubs and corporate bodies on sports related contractual and commercial issues predominately in the world of football and cricket, bringing a focused understanding of the business of sport to those he deals with.
