Joanne heads the family law team at Beswicks dealing with divorce and related financial disputes, cohabitation disputes, adoption and childcare matters on behalf of parents.
A member of the Law Society Childrens’ Panel, Joanne represents children or young people through their Childrens’ Guardian. Joanne is highly experienced in complex childcare cases including cases involving sexual, physical and emotional abuse, neglect or death.
Joanne regularly instructs leading medical experts in the UK and Eire, including psychiatrists and psychologists.
