Anne is an experienced corporate lawyer who has a number of years experience advising public and private companies on the various aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Beswicks, she worked in-house for a FTSE 250 Company and her experience includes advising at Board level on corporate/commercial transactions and governance issues. 

She also has experience on advising on non-contentious employment matters, including service agreements, employee benefits and share schemes.

Personal

Anne is married with two young children (who keep her on her toes).  When she can find the time, she enjoys outdoor pursuits including skiing (although a bit more cautious these days!), cycling, hill walking and traveling with the family.  Anne has taken part in numerous fund-raising challenges with the firm.  She is also the secretary of the parents association at the local school.
