Anne is an experienced corporate lawyer who has a number of years experience advising public and private companies on the various aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Beswicks, she worked in-house for a FTSE 250 Company and her experience includes advising at Board level on corporate/commercial transactions and governance issues.
She also has experience on advising on non-contentious employment matters, including service agreements, employee benefits and share schemes.

Personal
Anne is married with two young children (who keep her on her toes). She enjoys skiing (although a bit more cautious these days!), traveling with the family, good food and wine. Anne is also a member of the parents association at the local school.
