Nicola has 21 years of experience in the legal profession and specialises in employment law.

This includes understanding the laws relating to part and fixed term workers and self-employed consultants and agency workers. She also handles disputes, disciplinary, grievances and capability procedures and negotiating deals.
Working closely with the corporate team, Nicola deals with employment issues arising from corporate transactions such as redundancies, reorganisations, restrictive covenants and advising on TUPE regulations.
