Gareth joined the firm in 2006. Since then he has gained considerable experience not only in commercial dispute resolution but also criminal defence, regulatory and sports law litigation.
Whilst dealing with all elements of dispute resolution, Gareth's balance of civil and criminal litigation experience perfectly places him for dealing with those cases which involve proceedings in both jurisdictions including Health and Safety prosecutions and associated civil actions, white collar crime and associated civil/commercial actions as well as coroners court work.
Gareth also assists the sports law team in a dispute resolution capacity.
