She handles all aspects of landlord and tenant transactions such as grant, acquisition, surrender and assignment of leases and licences.

Emma also provides advice on a wide range of matters within the music, media and entertainment industries. Predominantly advising on the music business, advising a broad range of clients from new artists and unsigned acts to investors and record labels. Her expertise includes drafting and negotiating music business contracts and advising clients on a broad range of related legal issues.
