Having already acquired Adams Environmental, Quality Environmental Services Ltd and Callidus Health & Safety Ltd, Environmental Essentials’ most recent acquisition was that of Omega Asbestos Consulting Ltd.

While the company’s first three acquisitions saw them expand their compliance offering, the most recent deal with Durham-based Omega Asbestos Consulting represented a strengthening of Environmental Essentials’ core service area.
