Beswicks Legal has completed the acquisition of Maddocks Clarke Solicitors, giving the Stoke-on-Trent firm an important presence in the north-west. 

The move enables Beswicks Legal to support existing clients in the Cheshire and Manchester areas while growing their client-base in the region. 

Maddocks Clarke is a well-respected firm that has its roots in Altrincham and the surrounding area going back over 30 years. It has an outstanding reputation for residential and commercial property, family law and wills and probate.

The team will continue to be based at Fairbank House, Ashley Road, Altrincham, but will integrate with Stoke-on-Trent colleagues to work as one firm.  Nick Whitworth will lead the team in its ongoing success, supported by lawyers across all practice areas to provide a multi-disciplinary offering in Altrincham. 

Beswicks Legal will maintain a strong focus on the needs of their clients in the Stoke-on-Trent area but are excited to grow into a new market with a long-standing and respected firm.
