Our commercial property team advised the energy firm on its relocation and expansion, including the purchase of Osprey House in Brymbo Road.
The three-storey, 9,967 sq ft building will be home to GivEnergy’s office-based staff with 60 moving into the premises in spring and an additional 40 jobs being created by the end of the year.
