Beswicks Legal is delighted to have supported rapidly expanding sports provider Ace Padel on their latest venture.

Having already established two state-of-the-art padel centres in Stoke-on-Trent, the team at Ace Padel has now opened a centre in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire.

Commercial Property Associate Alex Bradbury advised Founder Jamie Reynolds and Operations Director Steve Marsden on the lease of the premises at Scafell Road, Lytham St Annes, guiding them through the legal process to bring world-class courts to the seaside town.

Alex said: “It’s been an absolute pleasure working with the Ace Padel team on this latest venue. Their passion for bringing the game of padel to communities across the UK is infectious.

“They already have plans to open many more centres across the country and we’re excited to be with them on their journey.”

This marks the beginning of what we expect to be a strong and collaborative partnership over the next 18 months, during which Ace Padel plans to deliver a further 10 clubs nationwide.”
