Beswicks Legal’s commercial property team is delighted to have acted for iconic restaurant chain Brewski, advising on the leases for their new Salford Quays and Liverpool One venues.

Commercial Property Partner Laura Pyatt advised owners SJ Leisure (NW) Ltd and Brewski Liverpool Limited on their new ventures, which includes a ‘Big Tray BBQ’ venue at Salford Quays and a restaurant in Liverpool One, which will open in time for Christmas.
