Beswicks is delighted to have supported Brown Recycling Limited’s latest expansion project, advising on the assignment of the lease for the firm’s fourth site in Stoke-on-Trent.

The leading total waste management provider has added a one-acre site in Burslem near its headquarters at Vanguard House, Sneyd Hill, to its portfolio of premises.

Beswicks’ commercial property team advised Brown Recycling on the lease which is part of a £750,000 investment being planned by the company to adapt, scale and centralise their operations.
