Beswicks Legal’s commercial property team is pleased to have acted for Citizens Advice Staffordshire North & Stoke-on-Trent in negotiating the lease for their new premises.
The charity’s new centre in Mitchell House, Town Road, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, brings their advice services under a single roof with increased parking and accessibility via public transport.

Citizens Advice Staffordshire North & Stoke-on-Trent provides free, impartial advice to people on a wide range of issues like debt, benefits, housing, employment and consumer rights.
Emily Humphries, Citizens Advice Business Development Manager, added: “We’re very excited about our new offices and grateful to Laura and Beswicks for their help. The purpose of the move is to bring us together as one organisation and, in so doing, provide a one-stop-shop for clients, with all our advice services accessible from a single location.
“The new offices offer a number of benefits for clients and staff, including an increase in on-site parking space and being close to a regular bus route.”
The team at JCA Consulting provided full project management and principal designer services for the internal refurbishment and fit-out of Mitchell House, overseeing the design and delivery of a modern, functional office environment.
