We are proud to have acted for leading asbestos service provider Environmental Essentials on their latest acquisition.

The deal saw Environmental Essentials acquire Sheffield and Sandbach-based water and air hygiene management specialist, Quality Environmental Services Ltd (QES), and is the latest step in the company’s ambitious ‘buy and build’ growth strategy.

With its headquarters in Stoke-on-Trent and offices in Glasgow, Crawley, and London, Environmental Essentials employs over 200 people and is a leading provider of asbestos management, training and surveying to businesses, local authorities and public sector organisations. Their clients include the Houses of Parliament, tier one construction companies, NHS Trusts, high street food retailers and pub operators.
