Beswicks’ commercial property team is delighted to have acted for University Campus of Football Business (UCFB) and its Global Institute of Sport (GIS) in the £16m expansion of their Manchester Campus.

UCFB and GIS are leading providers of undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes in football and the sports industry.

The educator’s latest expansion will enable 2,500 students to study with UCFB and GIS in Manchester by 2027.

Our commercial property team under the leadership of Senior Associate Laura Pyatt provided expert legal advice and support on the entire project, which includes a new academic centre in Salford and an innovative multimedia centre at MediaCity.
