Beswicks Legal has announced the promotion of experienced lawyer Laura Franklin to Employment Partner.

Laura has been an integral part of the team at Beswicks Legal since 2016 when she joined the firm as an employment solicitor.

Since then she has risen through the ranks becoming Associate in 2018, followed by Senior Associate in 2022 and now Employment Partner.

Laura heads up Beswicks’ employment law department advising employers and employees on the full range of employment matters, from disciplinaries, grievances and tribunals to redundancy, TUPE and settlement agreements.

Laura also leads the Beswicks HR service, providing business owners and HR managers with unlimited access to legal advice and solutions for a low-cost monthly fee.
