Beswicks Legal’s commercial property and corporate law teams advised Jill and Steven Jones on the sale of successful day nursery, Giggles & Wiggles.
The nursery provides full day care and pre-school provision for children aged 0-5 years from three sites across Staffordshire.
Jill and Steven Jones established Giggles & Wiggles in 2004, building the business up from a single nursery setting to a multi-site business employing 70 people.
