A double appointment has further boosted our business law teams in Stoke-on-Trent.

Corporate Solicitor Arjun Mann has joined Beswicks’s corporate law department, which is led by Partner Peter Ellis.

Arjun specialises in high-value mergers & acquisitions, and investment transactions, alongside a broad spectrum of commercial contract work, making him the perfect addition to our experienced corporate law team, which is well-known for delivering complex corporate deals for clients.

Ebony Mason, meanwhile, joins the Commercial Property department as a Paralegal, supporting clients with commercial property acquisitions, sales, property refinancing and auction transactions.

Ebony will be working alongside highly-regarded Commercial Property Partner Laura Pyatt and Commercial Property Associate Alex Bradbury.
