We are delighted to announce the appointment of a new partner to further boost our corporate team – experienced corporate and commercial lawyer Chris Williams.

Chris brings over 30 years’ experience to Beswicks’ corporate law team. Having qualified as a solicitor in 1994, Chris has held senior positions in both industry and private practice.

He advises on the full range of corporate and commercial matters, specialising in disposals, acquisitions, management buyouts and complex group reorganisations spanning all business sectors.

Chris joins our in-demand corporate law team, which is led by partner Peter Ellis.
