Beswicks Legal has welcomed three highly regarded corporate and commercial lawyers to its team, significantly boosting the firm’s capacity to support existing and new business clients.

Caroline Gray joins the firm as a partner, Rebekah Jones as an associate and David Morgan as a solicitor.

The appointments strengthen Beswicks’ corporate and commercial team providing the firm with a tremendous depth of expertise.

Caroline has many years’ experience acting for privately owned companies and specialises in mergers and acquisitions, as well as advising clients on company law and, in particular, the hidden pitfalls of commercial contracts. Caroline has advised business owners in the areas of construction, white goods and other retail sectors, golf clubs, the entertainment industry, manufacturing and care homes, among others.

Rebekah is an experienced corporate and commercial solicitor who has acted for businesses in a wide range of sectors including construction, transport, education, care, pharmaceutical, IT and retail.

David also has extensive experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer as well as having expertise in employment law. He specialises in business acquisitions and sales, shareholder agreements, private equity investments, share options and employee incentives, reorganisations, commercial contracts, terms and conditions, executive service agreements, TUPE and all aspects of employment law.

Caroline, Rebekah and David join the highly rated existing corporate and commercial team of Peter Ellis, Kyle Gilbert and Tom Sutcliffe.

The triple appointment reinforces Beswicks’ position as the go-to lawyers for businesses.
