The safety of our colleagues and clients is our number one priority as always. Please rest assured all of our services are fully available, just with a few tweaks to keep everyone safe.

 

Client meetings

We can accommodate client meetings in the office by appointment. Meetings can also take place via telephone or video conferencing such as Skype, Zoom or FaceTime. You are guaranteed the same high standard of service and personal attention from your solicitor, but from the comfort of your own home.

Visiting our office

Our office is open and fully equipped with hand sanitiser, wipes, a one-way system and clear signage. All meeting rooms are thoroughly sanitised in between use. If you are planning to visit us and don’t have a pre-arranged appointment, we would ask that you phone us in advance to help us manage the flow of people into and out of the building so that we can ensure that it is possible to observe social distancing at all times. We will require you to wear a mask on entering our office. These can be provided on arrival if required.

Please continue to phone us on our main number 01782 205000. This line is staffed from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday and our excellent reception colleagues will be able to answer your enquiry or direct your call. Alternatively, you can email enquiry@beswicks.com

Signing documents

Many documents, such as wills and settlement agreements, can now be electronically signed, but if you need to pop in to sign anything, we’ll agree an appointment time for you to do so and make sure everything is safe for your visit.
