Can I dispute a will? Private Wealth

There are a number of grounds on which it is possible to contest a will:

  • testamentary capacity
  • lack of valid execution
  • lack of knowledge and approval
  • undue influence
  • fraudulent and forged wills
  • rectification and construction claims.

These cases can be sensitive and complex, so do seek legal advice within six months of the date of probate being granted.
