How old do you have to be to make a will? Private Wealth

Anyone over 18 (or over 17 if you are a member of the armed forces) can and should make a Will.

As well as recording who should be the beneficiaries of your estate, you can use your will to set out your funeral wishes, who you would like to receive your personal possessions (and why), who should look after your pets and whether you would like to donate to any charities.

You are never too young to make a will!
