I’ve been told that I will be transferring to a new employer under TUPE regulations. Do I have to transfer? Employment Law

TUPE can be complicated but, in essence, if the work that you will be doing following transfer is not fundamentally different to that which you do now, you will be required to transfer but you will retain your current terms and conditions.

If you genuinely object to the transfer, you can do so but you are technically resigning.
