What is the difference between prenuptial and postnuptial agreements? Family Law

Prenuptial agreements and postnuptial agreements both set out what should happen if your marriage or civil partnership should break down. The only difference is that prenuptial agreements are entered into at least 28 days prior to your wedding, whereas postnuptial agreements are made after the marriage has taken place.
