As we digest the news that the country will be entering a second lockdown from Thursday, I wanted to provide some information about our response to this situation.

The first and most obvious thing to say is that the well-being of our clients and employees is our number one priority. For this reason, the majority of our staff will be working from home during the lockdown, Like many businesses, this has become the norm for us over recent months and we have all the technology in place to operate effectively and securely from any location without interruption to the delivery of our services. Wherever possible client meetings will be held via Zoom, Microsoft Teams or over the telephone.

Our office will remain open throughout and will be staffed by a smaller number of colleagues who will be on-hand to support clients, ensuring that we are able to deliver the same quality service that we have provided for the last 100 years.

If you do need to visit our office, we would ask that you phone first to arrange an appointment, rather than just popping in, and be aware that you will be required to wear a mask on entering the building.
