On Friday 24 June, a team from Beswicks Legal will be taking part in the National 3 Peaks Challenge. They will be climbing the highest peaks in England (Scafell Pike 978m) Wales (Snowdon 1085m) and Scotland (Ben Nevis 1345m) within 24 hours.
Our challenge this year is in support of a charity which is close to the heart of all the staff at Beswicks as it was created in memory of the brother of one of the team, Jack Dulson, who tragically lost his life at the age of 9 to a bacterial infection, Staphylococcus Aureus. The charity has been set up to help youngsters to achieve and to raise awareness of Staphylococcus Aureus and Pericarditis in the young. Jack was always a fit, athletic and active young boy who embraced life and loved sport, his family hope that in setting up this charity, other youngsters can achieve what he would have been able to. The money raised will help to provide much-needed funds for numerous sporting activities, sports equipment, team kit, overseas school trips and trophies, shields and medals recognising team and individual achievement.
