Gareth Wilkinson Disputes Partner
I joined Beswicks as a paralegal and qualified as a solicitor in 2010, joining the dispute resolution department. I was promoted to partner in January 2017.
I am now head of dispute resolution and a member of the sports law team.
I have very diverse experience of contentious proceedings in the County Court, High Court, Court of Appeal, FA Arbitration, FIFA Arbitration and proceedings before the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
A significant proportion of my current work involves strategic pre-action and pre-dispute advice.
