Kate Preston Crime Solicitor

I joined Beswicks Legal in 2006. I am a crime solicitor specialising in motoring offences and criminal court advocacy, representing clients on a daily basis in the magistrates court. I also represent clients at the police station.

As an accredited representative and a duty solicitor, I have dealt with a number of offences ranging from minor Public Order Act offences through to rape and murder.

I studied Law and Criminology at Middlesex University in London; following this I worked for a legal firm in Wembley before returning to my native Stoke-on-Trent to complete the Legal Practice Course at Staffordshire University.
