As managing partner of Beswicks Legal, I am responsible for implementing the strategic direction of Beswicks, managing and running the business and acting as our compliance officer. I work with my team to put our clients at the core of everything we do and am passionate about delivering outstanding legal services alongside a five-star client experience.

With over 20 years of experience, I specialise in corporate and employment law and act for a wide variety of clients across several sectors.

My main focus is buying and selling businesses (share and asset acquisitions and disposals), corporate restructuring, MBOs and corporate joint ventures for owner-managed businesses, SMEs and multinationals locally and nationally.

I have developed a niche in the sports sector and am also a director of Beswicks Sports.
