I am a partner solicitor in the corporate team with significant experience in the acquisition and disposal of companies and businesses, debt and equity funding, reconstructions and reorganisations, shareholder arrangements and share schemes, company law and partnership matters.

I have spent my career acting for owner-managed businesses, PLCs, multi-nationals and private equity backed companies in a variety of industries and service sectors.
