Beswicks Legal’s commercial property team acted for Staffordshire entrepreneur Alastair Machin in the purchase of Ravenscliffe, a 6,500 square feet historic property in Newcastle-under-Lyme.

The former insurance broker’s building is to be transformed into premium workspaces by the developer and owner of Chaffinch, a document management business based in Stoke-on-Trent.

Work has already started to refurbish the property which features 42 parking spaces and will become home to 17 serviced offices and a dedicated co-working lounge.
