Refund Policy
Occasionally we may need to refund money from our client account. If you send us money via Worldpay and we subsequently need to refund some or all of that money, we will refund any money due to you after deducting any direct costs associated with the processing of your payment and the processing of the refund and taking into account any time costs and disbursements incurred in accordance with your instructions up to the date of your request for a refund
