Our conveyancing quotes are fully inclusive with no hidden costs or nasty surprises to worry about.

To provide an accurate quote we will require some information about your circumstances including:

  • the agreed sale or purchase price,
  • the address of the property or area in which you’re buying or selling,
  • the number of people making the purchase or sale,
  • whether the property is freehold or leasehold,
  • whether it is registered with HM Land Registry,
  • whether you require a mortgage,
  • whether you own any other property.
  • whether you are benefiting from a gift to help your purchase,
  • whether you have savings in an ISA or LISA account.

Legal fees: £936 inc. vat

Admin fee for bank transfer: £30 inc. vat

Remortgage

Our expert team can handle the legal aspects of your re-mortgage, dealing with all the paperwork to transfer the funds once your re-mortgage is complete.

Our fees for remortgages are as follows:

  • £390 inc. vat for mortgages under £350,000
  • £594 inc. vat for mortgages between £350,001 and £700,000
  • Bespoke quotes for mortgages over £700,001

 

Equity release

Our fee for equity release is £954 inc. vat.
