Congratulations to Dispute Resolution Paralegal Sam Marsh who has completed his Masters (LLM) in Legal Practice (SQE1 and SQE2) achieving a distinction.

As part of his Masters course Sam studied a broad range of legal topics including an in-depth piece of work on the interplay between artificial intelligence and intellectual property.

Sam, who joined Beswicks in September 2025 after being awarded a First Class Degree in Law, said: “This achievement has been essential in my recent introduction to the dispute resolution team at Beswicks. My Masters in Legal Practice expanded my legal knowledge and introduced me to a broad range of practical legal skills which I am grateful to be applying at Beswicks.”

Sam is a key member of Beswicks’ dispute resolution team, dealing with commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, property claims, debt recovery, defamation and personal disputes, to name but a few.
