We are delighted to be once again supporting the Dougie Mac Will Month during May. There are still a few days left for you to show your support.
“Douglas Macmillan Hospice provides care and support to adults and families facing a life limiting illness in North Staffordshire. All Hospice services are completely free of charge and the Hospice needs to raise over £11 million to maintain these services. The Hospice relies on the continued generosity of supporters”.
The Dougie Mac Will Month is a great way to help raise funds for the Hospice through donations and gifts within wills.
How it works_
For the month of May we have been offering a standard online will free of charge. All we ask is that you either make a voluntary donation to the Dougie Mac, leave a gift to them in your will, or both. It couldn’t be simpler.
Douglas Macmillan supporter Claire Breeze took part in last year’s scheme.
“I would recommend Make a Will month to everybody. I know people put off making their Will, they think it’s complicated and expensive or don’t want to think about their death. Whether you are young or old, planning your Will can give you peace of mind about the future. Dougie Mac Make a Will month gives you a helping hand, makes it affordable, simple and you get to support an amazing charity as well.”

Making a valid Will is the only way to ensure that your wishes are carried out and your money and possessions go to your loved ones or causes you care about. It’s not too late to take advantage of our offer this month and help raise money for a fantastic cause.
