Completion of the sale of Staffordshire-based veterinary practice, Shires Vets, to the Sovereign capital-backed Linnaeus Group, marked the closure of the first quarter of 2017 for the Beswicks’ corporate team.

The sale created a partnership between an established Staffordshire veterinary practice and a network of specialist referral veterinary practices, creating growth opportunities for both businesses.

This was just one of a number of transactions completed during the first three months of the year, with a total value of over £18million across a variety of sectors, building on the success of 2016 during which our growing team completed deals with an aggregate value in excess of £112million.
